There is a notable disagreement between some employees of the municipality of Sogamoso, not seeing the results of the party which was attended on 31 October, at the initiative of the high head of the administration of Mayor Juan Carlos Guevara Ostos, supposedly to bring their Christmas gift to children of low income families in the municipality.

La molestia de los servidores de la administración que preside el licenciado Juan Carlos Ostos es mayor al no conocer, a la fecha de hoy, un informe del monto de dinero recaudado por la mencionada fiesta del Día de las Brujas.
